Thanks for the review and I'm sorry you are not enjoying your time with us. I don't believe your views are shared by others however if one person isn't enjoying their work then we will always try to see if that can be addressed. I would urge you to sit down with your line manager and discuss how we can improve and support you. The senior management team work very hard to ensure we have the best environment for the best people. We all work hard to get good contracts with great customers and if you are genuinely this unhappy in your role I would urge you to think if this is the place for you. For the record we have never posted fake reviews and our approach to training and ensuring teams have the right level of knowledge has been applauded by outside assessors. I do appreciate though that you can't please all of the people all of the time but the number of people in the team who have been with us for 10 years plus must demonstrate we are doing plenty of things right.
