Billing managers unprofessional, untrustworthy, manipulative, has major ego issues and likes to play "interrogator" in hopes of getting people to unwittingly divulge information to them. Second level management does not communicate with employees in the capacity necessary to make certain that people are properly trained and are being treated fairly. A handful of Non-Korean employees strategically placed throughout. Major EEOC violations take place within this company.
