Promised increase takes a while to reflect on the payslip- unless you know and are in good terms with the right people Palakasan system I had to use my personal laptop >50% of my monthly salary was ntax allowance - so low 13th month pay. No bonuses Frequent payslip errors Only offers benefits required by the government (0 leaves for the first year) HMO will only be available if you ask for it and they like you enough Most people are overworked too so expect work related messages at 12mn

Salary is good. Nothing else

Even tho my salary was high I felt like I was not compensated enough because of all the stress. Ugly workplace, stressful (Mon-Sat work sched). Bad management, toxic managers and not cooperative coworkers....I can go on but I think you already have an idea...oh another one high turnover rate.... I do not recommend this company. If you're desperate or suicidal then go. Working for this company is one of the biggest regrets of my life. I hope you see this and dodge a bullet
