Business outlook
Pros
WFH, nice people (on your team), decent attempts at training
Cons
-Training is silly and seems like it was made for recent grads (which a lot of people are recent grads because they cant get tenured people). Lots of stealth layoffs, firings, and resignations. - the President Laurie Chamberlin has told us to work 40-60 hours a week and to tell her we are part time if only 40 hours. Company culture has gone from being very supportive, fun, and friendly to a KPI driven hellscape that involves talking down to from senior leadership. Micromanagement from the top down. Most colleagues are living in fear of being fired and new hires get fired within 120 days. They tell you you will make a lot of money and it never comes.
