      Pros

      This is a great family run company that has been in the valley since 1968. We have around 200 employees and build highways, bridges and commercial centers all over western Montana.

      Cons

      We treat our employees well and have a good track record with everyone from drivers to equipment operators.

      Pros

      Truck pusher, Don, is easy going and very cool to work for.

      Cons

      Low starting pay for CDL driver. OLD dump trucks. They wont fix trucks until they break. Jeff the owner is a pompous, self righteous guy. His grandpa started the business, and he inherited it. He has a lot of wealth, but is not a nice guy overall
