Pros
I worked there just short of a year.
Cross training - opportunity to learn all aspects of administrative duties in small office setting was nice.
Regional Manager was amazing.
It seemed like a place I would have opportunity to advance.
Cons
Do not value their hard working employees.
On call pay is a joke. I didnt mind putting in the extra time on weekends because I loved my job, and thought I would be a part of their team for years, potentially. Until I came in to work one morning and was let go, by the new office administrator, for attendance -which was a joke. I had over 16 hours of unused PTO and called out sick once in the 6 months she worked there. I never received any warning and was never written up for anything.
