Cons
Focus is on numbers, not people any more at the regional levels. I can't believe Keith and Ginger would run a company this way. Management changes constantly, some yearly: from the division level to the regional level to the directors. LHC talks about wanting to coach and build great leaders and employees but really HRs focus is if someone messes up and it's brought to them, should they be fired instead of working with the employee. Culture no longer reaches past Louisiana due to the regional goals being on money and not people.
