      Middle management is amazing. Team focus is top-tier. Personal development is always considered.

      Cons

      Senior/executive leaders are removed from the general workforce. The double standards are appalling. No-one is held to account when professionalism is ignored.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
