Pros
-The team I work on and the manager I work for -Products are quality -Base salary is competitive and benefits are average -WFH is great
Cons
-Lack of integration since merger a year ago, seems that nothing has been decided ahead of time and is done on the fly -Lack of resources to support the customers once they buy our quality products, as a Sales Rep we have to do everything including technical support and SW support -Lack of support from SLT and ELT, they make decisions but never talk to or get feedback from the customers and the people actually serving the customers -Lack of transparency -Doesn't feel like they actually want to keep employees here, actively trying to get us to leave? -ZERO training on new products, merger has been an absolute $h!tshow
