      A very inclusive site, seemingly encouraging progressions and development.

      Cons

      Leadership stole ideas and passed off implemented ideas as their own. Ignores work place bullying and upon asking why was told "it's too much paperwork" - I handed my notice in the same week after that!

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
