      Pros

      I was fortunate enough to work under two bosses who really pushed me to be better and to learn.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism and the leadership is lacking tremendously. A lot of people end up leaving because pay is poor and so is management.

      Pros

      Company culture is amazing. Even though it’s one of the largest architecture firms in the city, it still has the small firm collaborative vibe.

      Cons

      Only real con is their current location in Uptown.
