      - Initially no formal training is given. You have to watch your senior's work and learn, which is manageable. - Petrol allowance won't be given for initial months.

      Laided back place to be work. depending on the which department you work in. Great employee discounts on certain products.

      Cons

      Not paid for the things that we do. More work is given and not more pay. No room for advancement unless you are Koren
