As far as I know, atmosphere in any other departments without relation with plants are different with plants.
Some directors or managers in plants tend to abuse their staffs without hesiration.
In case of my colleague, his boss threw his note to staffs because he could not satisfy the ability of his staffs.
In my case, my bosses hit my head and kicked my chair, although I sit on there.
One person who have a high office said this comment to new incoming employees,
"A half of my salary is based on the curse, I will say to you."
Another person who have a high rank frequently said curse to his staffs, including managers.
