      Good benefits, pay and pto.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Incompetent middle and upper management. The company culture is based on lies and deception. The company policies and procedures are so dumb and cumbersome that they can't even follow them themselves, they have to rely on subcontractors to perform essential company tasks. Openly racist and sexist. Unless your a Korean man, they don't listen to a thing you say.
