-Communication is not very good in the company especially from HQ. This tends to sour relationships with our local subsidiaries as they feel their concerns are ignored. -Some critical business functions are locked in rudimentary and bureaucratic procedures which tends to harm the payment process and relationships with vendors. -bonus structure and salary's are low compared to other competitors. -Turnover has slowed but is still too high
