Cafeteria-it’s fairly pricey but a Choice Competitive wages- only after losing people for years due to calling salary Benefits were pretty decent
Cons
Morale wasn’t just low it was scary. Machinery was not installed with proper sized safety devices and it stayed that was for years before the fines were increased and repairs were required Orientation doesn’t not teach you actual company policies, many I learned were incorrect and I was written up once for this. You will be insulted , turned against, and blamed for lack of progress.
