Good company to work for, privately owned and a good attempt to treat people/employees well. They have a good product, good history, good market knowledge and good "self awareness".

Working for the American subsidiary is more challenging, leaning towards being excessively process & procedure driven.

Great coworkers are great and very helpful.

Management is slow to react to issues.It is hard to get equipment to work from home and Germans are very controlling and the President of the America's is very unprofessional with language in front of customers and female employees. Very little respect for the staff. Not much room for growth.
