Pros

- some remote opportunities - good team of employees

Cons

- /Sigh, where do I start? - Mid and upper management does not have a clue on how to manage or treat people. Constant changes and failures in strategy and management. Every couple of weeks seems to be another CIO level type hire. - No pay raises and bonuses for several years. This year we got a bonus, were told not to discuss it, and then two weeks later many of our co-workers were laid off unannounced. This from a company that likes to claim they are open and transparent. - Main level staff is ALWAYS unstaffed and overworked. Overtime is mandatory even if you are an exempt salary employee. - When you tell the management that their latest project is going to fail because they have overestimated the benefits and underestimated the cost, they get mad and try to find reasons to black-ball and fire you. - As a result, everyone is afraid to speak up, and people are either working there because they are close to retirement or because of the remote benefits. It's just a job, and certainly one that no one enjoys going to or participating in.
