There used to be amazing and highly skilled people working there, but most of them have left the company or were fired without good reason in the last 6 months. A clear sign that something is going wrong. A culture of badmouthing other people on their backs is cultivated and encouraged by management. Appearances can easily cheat you. People are very friendly and polite to your face, but do not mistake yourself, there's no reliable teamwork at this place. Most of the people who are left there are ambitious and don't hesitate on using others as stepping stones on their ways up. Regarding products, there are few and non relevant projects on the pipeline. And taking by the latest happenings and strategic directions, it won't happen anytime soon. Finally, talking about management, the left ones have no idea of what it means to manage people and it seems that they don't care about it at all.
