      Pros

      A nice small international company with enormous potential.

      Cons

      A CEO who has poor leadership style and accepts to have a CFO that all the leaders want to dismiss. Senior Management needs to be shuffled - all have been there for too long. Dedicated employees in GVA and around the world.

      Individuals can make a difference There is flexibility; if you are good at something, they will find a way to use it positively Good team

      Cons

      A little behind on things like IT infrustructure, some older systems and workflow Top management decisions made in Geneva and passed along with little or no US input
