Really nice co-workers - Lots of opportunities to touch different technologies. Great work life balance and increments opportunities. This company values hard work and provide opportunities to grow and learn new technologies. Flat structure where anybody can talk to anybody. Management is very transparent with detailed quarterly reviews about strategy, financial position, etc. for the whole company. Senior leaders are very approachable and eager to help - they take an interest in their employees. Nice office and amenities.

Some internal processes can be made more efficient and management are already working to improve these processes.

Amazing products focused on all the leading technologies, SDWAN, Networking, Telecommunications, Transportation, AI, etc. They also have the capability to offer custom solutions for OEM and ODM type opportunities. They also work with large software partners to offer validated solutions.  They have all the tools and support to close large opportunities. It has been a great experience.

On many occasion there seems to be sweets and free food in the lunchroom. It can be hard to stick to a diet here. LOL
