None I can think of other than my coworkers were pretty cool besides management

They hired me for a "new" role they created for me which turned out to require only 30-60 minutes of work a day even though I was a full time employee. My manager was always too busy (or lazy) to properly train me in on the things I needed to know to work on in the PURO department so they randomly fired me right after New Years with absolutely NO warning. Like come on, this is my livelihood. Funny thing is, my manager was super nice to me the first couple of months I worked there and always wanted to make small talk with me but then randomly shifted to being super cold to me during my last month working there so I should have seen it coming but I didn't cause I didn't get a SINGLE warning or review to tell me how I could do better. This company is a joke. They hire someone who recently graduated college and has hardly any experience in the workforce and expect them to come in and "turn the whole company around". Some other cool tidbits: the manager who I worked with closely didn't say a SINGLE thing on the Zoom call when I was getting fired and had her boss do all the talking, talk about cowardice. And the guy who did the firing did the classic "feel bad for me, I feel so sad for firing you, this isn't easy for me, etc. talk". Then, they told me I could leave a 'survey' of my experience working there after the Zoom call. I checked my email for the survey and was immediately kicked off of it and logged out of everything. No survey in my personal email or anything either. This company hires random people to do all their work for them and then fires them with no warning and absolutely no training or employee development when they aren't able to immediately deliver. Like come on, I recently graduated college for christsake. And now I get to struggle to pay my bills because I thought they would aid in my career development thus I quit looking for additional jobs after they hired me.
