      Pros

      Great place to work The owner takes all his employees to Bali for one week per year all expenses paid and tax free bonuses of upto $5,000 at Christmas time Plus multiple night outs to the races live shows ten pin bowling etc

      Cons

      Unfortunately not all staff are suited to a particular job, some staff who think the world owes them a living are not prepared to work for it, it's obvious that this person was not prepared to work for it and was fired accordingly, if he was unhappy he should have left after a few weeks of work not to wait and be fired after more than a year, the culture at LED Autolamps has not changed in 15 years we only want winners on our team not looser's

      Pros

      This is a high achieving company that started in 2002 with 2 people and now employees over 40 people with offices in Australia Europe and USA, lots of opportunities for the right people

      Cons

      If your not prepared to work at a high level don't bother applying to this company, they don't tolerate the average, however high achiever's are extremely well rewarded with well above award wages, huge bonuses, overseas trips, nights out to the races, restaurants, live show's etc

      Decent money, company holiday after 2 years (if you make it that long!)

      Cons

      I worked at LED for just under 2 years. It was laughable how many staff were replaced during that time. Owner has very unrealistic expectations, the staff constantly get demoted and the working environment is terrible. All LED customers know how much of a joke it is and laugh at new reps when they first visit stores.Lot's of staff take owner to Fair Work Australia for unfair dismissal.

      It took this employee two years to figure out that LED has a terrible working environment, it’s a pity he didn’t leave after 30 days but instead hung around until he was sacked, also false claims are made concerning Fair Work Australia. Only one employee has been to the tribunal Somogyi v LED Autolamps and please google it if you like, it will give you an indication of the people we don’t want working at LED, LED Autolamps is a high quality company with high standards and highly regarded in the automotive industry,
