Immature Company - Care Coordinator LE3 Employee Review

The company is almost 10 years old, yet still operates like it's in its infancy. Revolving door of staff, and the staff that does stay is horrible! I once witnessed a staff member leave an 8 month old in THE SAME DIAPER ALL day!! Ive witnessed staff kissing children, even during flu and RSV season. There is way to much gossip and drama, and admin always get way to involved, and always side with whoever their favorite is in the situation. If you have any disability whatsoever, do not work here. They will fire you, based on a strangers take on a situation, not even taking a second to ask you about the situation. Think about why they keep losing all of their contracts with their after school programs.
