      Unfortunately all I was promised was not delivered. The expectation did not match the reality

      Cons

      Now Estée Lauder are owners it’s like working for any other brand in a department store. Next to no training and I was left on my own without support of other staff. Area manager was next to non existent apart from passive aggressive emails.

      Lowkey shout out to my field executive, I loved her, my manager was great, the employee discount was chefs kiss and my overall team was great

      I do think that there’s room for improvement when it comes to upper upper management and training
