Absolutely none. Avoid this place if you value your mental health and financial security.

Cons

LCX is a textbook case of a toxic work environment and a complete lack of transparency. For a company that preaches "integrity," they operate with zero.  • Financial Red Flags: Expect your salary to be a suggestion, not a guarantee. They failed to pay full December salaries, only releasing 50% in mid-December, and that outstanding balance remains unpaid to this day. • The "Monty" Micromanagement Trap: The CEO is so "free" that he personally emails you to manufacture performance issues the moment you ask for your hard-earned money. He spends his time crafting fake allegations and baseless security "incidents" just to avoid dispersing FNF settlements. • Zero Employee Welfare: In a post-2020 regulatory environment in India, they don’t even provide a basic health insurance plan. There is zero concern for employee security or well-being. • A "Man-Child" CEO: The leadership lives in a total "lala land." The CEO has zero technical or operational grasp of his own product and has fostered an environment of fear and resentment. Every employee sees through the act.

Here I'm only talking about marketing team, not about other teams. No work life balance, manager will call you sat sun even at night (asking for some work) just to check your dedication for the company. Owners are just wasting money in the marketing team, all the numbers shown to the CEO (he is in Switzerland) are fake and manipulated. No work is going on in the marketing team, just making fake recruitments just to show they are growing. Owners should understand it and need to take serious step. There is severe trust issue and office politics among employees. They will behave well with you only to take you in their traps. You will trust them being a new employee and you are gone! After that, they will raise behavioural issue and you will be terminated. Do not join this company to ruin your career. Otherwise, they will make you their slave and you need to follow whatever they want. Very unsafe for female employees, it could be a nightmare. Manager in the cabin watch cricket and football matches (and lots more) during office hours. Bad network in the office. I've seen a member plug out the wire of broadband connection and rest saying network issues, so no work today. Even the boys in the cafe area used to say me their is no work in the LCX, so you can wait a bit more until we prepare the meal for you. how shameful it is!! They often terminate employees not for their performance but for their behaviours and I've already explained how they trap new employees.
