      good vacation and sick time benefits. couple really good managers tho ask around to see who they are before working at life care services

      Cons

      extremely political and lack of consistency. low salary and dont expect pay increase even if promised. most management have been at life care services so long it is double edged sword

      Excellent training from upper management. Strong leadership skills. Lots of accountability which is important to run strong operations.
