      The communities are wonderful and working with the residents is what most people care about

      Cons

      Ed Kenny is a dishonest person, non-caring, manipulative. No transparency at the senior management level, lack of work/life balance - very political and it does depend on what region you are in.

      Excellent training from upper management. Strong leadership skills. Lots of accountability which is important to run strong operations.

      Large company, some things can easily fall through the cracks.
