Pros
LCOR is an operationally focused, highly organized and professional Property Management company. Kathy Masterson (Director) is aces, and the corporate team at all levels is actually there to support onsite staff - and they are second to none. I would go back to work there in a heartbeat.
Cons
The only con is the CALSTRS merger - because the result is that they pulled out of the midwest...which is where I'm focused!
