Pros

Family atmosphere. I made many friends there which I still stay in contact with today. The company really looks after you, if you have a problem, you can talk to anyone about it (including the CEO - who is very approachable) Very good training - even if you don't know a thing about domains and web hosting!

Cons

If you go for a job in first line support - expect the expected. You are on the front line, so when a server or hosting goes down (for whatever reason) - the customer is going to take it out on you! To be fair, the hosting platform is extremely stable, so these instances are few and far between! Still, you have to have a thick skin for when an issue does arise - even when the customer causes it themselves.

Pros

Great flexibility, easy work, fun co workers, great environment, weekly pay.

Cons

There is not much pay, not sure if they actually put the customers on the do not call list when they ask, because so many clients say that they are suppose to be on the do not call list. must be okay with people yelling, hanging up on you, up set and cursing. .
