Supportive staff, positive working environment, opportunities to take on additional private teaching hours, and great students
Cons
All lesson planning and grading needs to be completed on your own time. The pay is still good even when you consider the the time you will need to spend performing these tasks, but it's important to account for this.

Pros
The teachers are enthusiastic and treat their students well. Most of the students take the work very seriously and are eager to learn.
Cons
The management of the company is terrible. The place is run like an elementary school prison. The teachers are not treated respectfully by the center director. The curriculum is okay, but the learning objectives don't always match what will ultimately be on the exams. There are a lot of administrative hoops for teachers to jump through that don't benefit best teaching practices. Teachers are not paid for the considerable amount of lesson planning they need to do.
