      Pros

      Good Management, company is small enough to be able to talk to them. They compensate their employees very well and expect their employees to produce results they were hired to do.

      Cons

      Have been with them for over a year and have not had any bad experiences.

      Pros

      No micro-management, was permitted to do the job I had been doing for nearly 20 years before, when I worked for others on same contract

      Cons

      Was sometimes hard to get company involved in specific issues since I was working on base and they were downtown
