super underpaid - Retail Sales Associate LBRLABEL Employee Review

I am working here for about 3 months now and i think so far it's all good for me.. i have been able to like work more on the parts where i feedback on my strengths are at.

small team, so will have to cover each other's work if one is not around

Don’t have to work with others Chill when there is no customers or livestream Able to do your own things during your free time

Had to chase for my pay as the boss refused to pay and only received during the 3rd week and had to chase the boss multiple times. Pay was only given when MOM report was made Little to no guidance Boss don’t even bother to train people and just push to the other staff Expect you to do things on the first day and get annoyed if you need her to come down and help despite me telling her I have no retail experience
