Pros
Fantastic company to work for. The pay per hour is moderate compared to market, but the benefits were unbeatable. Wonderful culture and great people, and the potential for growth is limitless. Overall a phenomenal experience.

In terms of the overall company, I don't have much for cons. There were minor inconveniences and inconsistencies here and there, but nothing notable.
