Way too much control from the C Suite. Culture is just do your job and shut up. The employee benefits make many people look past some of the leadership problems. There are great people at LB Water and that leads to success. There are also some great people that are being held back and they stay because the ESOP benefit is so great. This company will be incredible soon as all the old guys are finally getting out. Good times ahead.
