      Pros

      It's a great company to work for. Flexible when you have issuea and promote from within. Recently we had a change in COO's and although we miss our previous leader we are fortunate to have Brandon Stein that has joined the ranks and is a great addition to our management team.

      Cons

      Lots to do but breaks up the monotony and a form of job security. There are quite a few systems to learn sometimes redundant but all in all good to know.

      Pros

      I liked being a resident manager here I was working part time, so I was able to work another job in the evening, and still have some time and flexibility for myself.

      Cons

      You are on call as an on-site resident manager so if there is an emergency that happens after hours you will need to work and address it with vendors.
