Pros

Working at LB Capital and leading The Winner’s Circle has been the most rewarding experience of my career. This is not a typical company — it’s a movement. Every day, we’re helping entrepreneurs in the home-services space build scalable, profitable companies that can ultimately sell for life-changing valuations. The leadership team, spearheaded by Lance Bachmann, is visionary and relentless. There’s an unmatched commitment to growth, innovation, and integrity. We operate like a high-performance sports team — everyone’s accountable, supported, and inspired to play at the highest level. What truly sets LB Capital apart is the culture. It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply mission-driven. We celebrate wins loudly, we learn from losses quickly, and we never stop evolving. The resources, mentorship, and network here are world-class — from our private mastermind community to the Roofing Process Conference and “Build It to Sell It” events. If you’re driven by impact, results, and excellence — this is where you belong. You’ll be challenged, you’ll grow, and you’ll be surrounded by people who push you to become the best version of yourself. Visionary leadership that genuinely invests in people Clear growth path and professional development Inspiring, competitive culture built on accountability Exposure to top industry minds and business owners High-energy, purpose-driven environment

Cons

The pace isn’t for everyone — you have to love growth and pressure Standards are high, which can challenge those not used to performance-driven environments
