Overworked, underappreciated - Anoynamous LAW Creative Employee Review

I joined LAW with high hopes, but my experience quickly soured. The workload was consistently overwhelming, with unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure to deliver. Creative freedom was limited, and feedback was often vague or contradictory. Management seemed more focused on pleasing clients than valuing their employees' well-being. There was a lack of work-life balance, with long hours and weekend work becoming the norm. Despite the demanding schedule, compensation was not competitive. I left feeling burnt out and undervalued.
