You will have a chance to understand and deal with different cultures. It will make you increase your abilities and skills to survive on South America. About the job, the operation is always a challenge and you can work on your own way. They do not have strictly procedures on how you develop your job.
Cons
As all the air companies, when they have cancelations for any reason - which is not frequent - you have to deal with the disrespectful passengers whose think that you are there for them, so you have to solve their problems even though you cannot do it.
