Pros
The Casual Dress Code was nice. Few Traffic Issues/ Driving away from Atlanta was a relief. There are some really good people who work here that I will miss.
Cons
Unfortunately, the LAT Upper Management has poor leadership skills (i.e. poor communication skills) which creates a lack of "unity" and strained relationships between departments. There is a CYA mentality which drains positive energy. From my experience office employees walk on egg shells from the start of day until 5pm. This company COULD be a lot of fun to work for but at this time that is not the case. Avoid if you do not work well with an Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) management style and strange holiday pay/ or a lack there of. Make sure you do your homework on the benefits package before accepting any offer for employment.
