Pros

Nothing, literally nothing positive about this place!!

Cons

No work life balance. Salary managers are required to work 6 days a week. They verify by making managers clock in and out. There are no benefits for hourly employees. They hire illegal immigrants, pay them slave wages and treat them awfully. The manager Melinda is very obviously sleeping with the owner Peter. They take cruises together and everything. They are wildly unprofessional. If Marriott caught wind of their operation I’m sure they would lose their flag. I’ve been working in hotels in this area for about 20 years and hospitality is a relatively small community. This company is so bad I’ve never heard anyone with anything positive to say. The closest to positive I’ve ever seen is people saying they’re happy they no longer work there. They definitely need to take a long hard look at the amount of turnover and realize it’s not the employees it’s the ownership. No one wants to work for such awful, slimy, unethical people.

Pay is reasonable for the area.

Cons

Very micro managed. Employees work out of fear. You are walking on egg shells. Employees report misinformation. Management tells you that when guests complain they are always trying to get something and the same for the employees.... everyone is out to get them. They are not focused on the guest or employee experience but revenue.if your staff is happy your guests will be happy....it was not a good environment for me.
