Pros
Very progressive. Very apt management and Legal Structure. Very selective in human resources - only top nudge candidates, therefore very large pool of intelligent educated people in each Department / Team.
Cons
Management not always clear of intentions. Overspending and then unnecessary FTE budgetary cuts. Very slow rates of advancement due to old school hierarchical structure.
