CEO is one of the most ethical people I've known. He is pragmatic and fair in his treatment of all staff members. Performers are rewarded and non-performers are provided opportunities to improve.
As a boutique MSP, this is sort of a family business. A good number of employees have been with the company for 10+ years.

LANSolutions cultivates the generalist in its technology professionals and will aid in continued training for those ambitious enough to further their understanding and knowledge.
Cons
As a smaller company, there is limited upward mobility and vacancies are needed in order to be promoted, specifically for non-technical staff. Additionally, the breadth of technologies are somewhat limiting and there is limited exposure to enterprise level platforms, meaning that technical staff will not be doing a lot of work with SCCM, Linux, Unix, or Oracle.
