Pros
With LAH comes a great team of supportive people who will go above and beyond to help you settle in. I've never worked as a receptionist before but it was so easy to settle in as I knew there was always someone I could contact if needed. The hours suit my home life perfectly, giving me evenings with my family, time I didn't have when I worked in hospitality.
Cons
You have to be good at time management with this job, as a lot of this it is keeping track of your own tasks. People skills are also very important as engaging with tenants is a big part of the role.
