Pros

The company boasts a strong team of dedicated employees who exhibit remarkable camaraderie and teamwork. Team leads are supportive, and employees demonstrate commendable engagement*. Remote work options and flexible schedules contribute to a sense of autonomy. LA Click serves an impressive roster of international clients, offering employees engaging and dynamic work opportunities. *This information may be outdated, as most of the employees are no longer working there. Office Environment: LA Click boasts attractive office locations in the heart of Zurich. What truly sets the company apart, however, is the culture cultivated by the teams themselves. During my time there, within individual teams, there was a palpable sense of camaraderie, cooperation, and support. It was the dedication and initiative of the team members that fostered such a positive environment, where friendships were formed, and challenges were tackled collaboratively.

Cons

Regrettably, the company's Chief Operating Officer exhibits narcissistic tendencies, causing significant frustration and anxiety among employees who work with and under him. What exacerbates this situation is the fact that the COO and CEO are not only partners in business but also partners in life, which means there are no checks or balances awaiting against his behavior. There is a consistent lack of competence and leadership at the highest level of management. Employees feel undervalued and unsupported, as decisions are made arbitrarily with little consideration for team well-being. The company struggles to maintain a healthy work-life balance and seems more akin to an outdated organization than a modern startup. Communication: While team leads strive to foster an environment of open and transparent communication, unfortunately, this positive culture is often undermined by the actions of upper management. Micromanagement is not only prevalent but also actively rewarded, leading to decisions influenced more by personal preferences than by what's truly in the company's best interests. Consequently, employees often feel undervalued and disposable, with little room for self-reflection or accountability within the management hierarchy. This disconnect between the desired culture and the reality of day-to-day operations poses significant challenges for both employee morale and the overall success of the company.

Pros

LA Click is an amazing place if you love a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The team is super supportive, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie. Leadership encourages new ideas and gives you the space to take full ownership of your own projects + clients. I've seen emotional leadership here in a way that I've seen nowhere else. Truly amazing. There’s always something new to learn, and you get to work on exciting campaigns. Plus, the flexibility and work-life balance are a big plus!

Cons

There isn’t a traditional career ladder, so if you’re looking for structured promotions or a clear hierarchy, this might not be the right fit. However, I don’t see this as a downside, as there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, deepen your expertise, and grow in different ways.

Pros

Work from anywhere Working with Google

Cons

romises about positions, salary, conditions, and extras are made, but when it’s time to receive them, management acts as if those discussions never happened. Severe mobbing within the company. The COO, Michael Denzler, is very dangerous.
