Regrettably, the company's Chief Operating Officer exhibits narcissistic tendencies, causing significant frustration and anxiety among employees who work with and under him. What exacerbates this situation is the fact that the COO and CEO are not only partners in business but also partners in life, which means there are no checks or balances awaiting against his behavior. There is a consistent lack of competence and leadership at the highest level of management. Employees feel undervalued and unsupported, as decisions are made arbitrarily with little consideration for team well-being. The company struggles to maintain a healthy work-life balance and seems more akin to an outdated organization than a modern startup.
