      Other than L&T brand, nothing is a pro in this company.

      Worst Leadership team, Toxic work culture, Hard working employees are not recognized, only the ones who sugarcoat their bosses are considered as hardworking employees, some people stay beyond 8 pm just to satisfy and sugar coat their boss and not for the purpose of working,

      L&T brand image carries through

      Cons

      False promises to colleges and in business. Mallu are heard none others. Civil engg is heard Mech is not, women are heard Men are not. Marketing is heard others are not. Biased opinions of the Top. God save.

      Nothing just surviving with the brand name alone

      Cons

      No proper job description. No proper management. All senior level people are leaving due to politics. Lot of attrition. Very bad HR support. Only malayalis praised. Work is not recognised. Lot of pressure. Always negative leadership. Unclear future. No proper management. Worst teams. Lot of internal politics.
