Pros

This company is really compassionate about their people and the products they create. They support employees by helping them grow personally and professionally. They are always willing to listen to their employees for continuous improvement ideas and on a personal level. My favorite part of this company is that you become part of their family. They take care of their people in the good times and bad. During the holidays, they celebrate with their people by throwing great parties, gatherings, and have special events and goodies. They provided a new facility and decided to keep it local instead of reopening one of their other facilities. They created a modern environment that is really clean and they supply all the tools, PPE equipment, and clothing needed for the jobs. They even wash my uniforms for me! They are more than a place to work, they are family!

Cons

The only downside to this company is that they are short staffed and need more people. They are willing to train for those without any experience but that generation doesn't seem to stick and stay.

Pros

This company wants you to succeed. The training is great! They have a well laid plan for all new hires and they execute it. They have opportunities to grow within and support you along the way!

Cons

It can be hard to work the rotating shift but I'm starting to get use to it. The products we build make it worth it!

Pros

Salaried employees get unlimited PTO. Just have to make sure your manager is ok with it. (Permissive Leave)

Cons

Work life balance-they want you and expect you to work unreasonable hours. I now work somewhere that they say don’t work outside of work. Focus on you. Management and HR is very 2-faced. They are nice to your face, but talk terrible about you behind your back. Management-where do I even start? The new management after the WABTEC acquisition is clueless as to what is going on. They don’t trust anyone, but hide things from the parent company. My manager lived in Brazil. How am I supposed to talk with my manager when they live on another continent. Had they made my new manager at least from the states, it would have been easier to contact them. Downstream communication-this place does not care to tell you what is going on ever. Everything is very hush hush.
