Pros
Great work/life balance, great PTO, nice people, employee discount, nice events and volunteer opportunities
Cons
No workplace is perfect, but three main cons I would say working here are pay, leadership, and room to grow. SO many people working in corporate at this company are underpaid. For a company that has such great profit, it’s really a shame because they emphasize people so much but fail to pay salaries that are on par with others in the industry. Second, the way leadership talks to employees is honestly baffling. People blame it on the cultural differences with them being French, but they’re flat out rude. I would’ve enjoyed working here more if I had a leadership team I admired, but honestly most of them did not seem like they cared about their teams, just profit above all. Lastly, there’s very little room to grow here unless you move to a sister company. I know people that have been in their roles for years here and have not received a promotion. It’s sad because they’re losing so much money by having to keep hiring new employees just because they’re not giving opportunities for growth and employees have to find that growth elsewhere. I truly believe employees would stay much longer here if they invested more in growth opportunities and salary increases.
