Wonderful teams and work environment, horrible advancement - Sale Lead L'Occitane Employee Review

Little room for advancement and consistent promises of advance within a quarter that are never fulfilled. I worked for years and have been offered a new position at the end of the quarter and increased sales at every location I have been at but they continue to retire asm positions and have verbally promised it. If you want advancement and raises this is not title company to work for. From my years of experience 90% of their turnover is due to this problem.
