My team specifically never bothered to make me feel welcome. I was assigned work to do quietly on my own at my computer and I was starved for social interaction all day long because no one ever bothered to try to include me in anything. Overall, very cliquey company culture. If people already have their work buddies, you're as good as nonexistent to them. Also, really low pay for NYC.
